  • Booking & Deposits

    All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking (usually £50) paid by PayPal or bank transfer. 
    Deposits are deducted from the final tattoo price on the day of your appointment.
    No deposit = no appointment.
    Deposits are transferable ONCE only with sufficient notice.


    Cancellations & Rescheduling

    A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
    Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.
    No-shows will automatically forfeit their deposit.
    Repeated cancellations, reschedules, or lack of communication may result in refusal of future bookings.
    Additional deposits may be required for future bookings after repeated rescheduling.


    Late Arrivals

    Please arrive on time for your appointment.
    Arrivals over 30 minutes late may result in cancellation or a shortened session with loss of deposit.
    If you believe you may be late, please contact me as soon as possible.


    Design Process

    All custom designs are created specifically for each client and are not sent prior to the appointment.
    Minor adjustments can be made on the day. Major design changes may require rescheduling and an additional deposit.
    All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist and may not be copied or taken to another artist.


    Pricing & Payment

    Pricing is discussed in advance, however final cost may vary depending on size, detail, placement, and time required.
    Full payment is due at the end of the session.
    Payment methods will be confirmed prior to your appointment.


    Health & Safety

    Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID.
    Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, skin conditions, or medications before your appointment.
    Do not attend your appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
    I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe it is unsafe to proceed.


    Touch-Ups

    Free touch-ups are offered on tattoos completed by me where needed.
    Hand and finger touch-ups are complimentary for the first session only.
    Aftercare Responsibility

    Aftercare instructions must be followed carefully.
    The artist is not responsible for healing issues caused by improper aftercare.


    Right to Refuse Service

    I reserve the right to refuse or stop a tattoo appointment at any time due to inappropriate behaviour, disrespect, intoxication, or failure to follow studio policies.
