The Chattahoochee Hill Country Conservancy (CHC) is conducting a series of surveys to understand agricultural production and purchasing in the region.
These surveys will help support the development of regional food system guide - identifying where and how to best invest time, resources, and partnerships to support a vibrant local food economy.
The Community Food Survey aims to gather insights on consumption, access to local agricultural products, barriers to purchasing, and views on the benefits of a coordinated local food system.

Survey Details:
- The survey takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and is best viewed on a computer or tablet.
- Participation is voluntary, and you can withdraw at any time. You can choose not to answer any questions you're uncomfortable with. You may exit the survey at any time.
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
- Your responses will be anonymous, with no personal identification linked to you.
Survey Deadline:
- Please submit your responses by April 15th
Gift Card:
- Participants will be entered into a drawing for a $100 restaurant gift card. The gift card winner will be announced after the survey closes. In order to win, you must provide your contact information. However, your contact information will not be linked to your responses.
