Presents the 17th Annual
Young Musician of the Year Award

This award recognises young musicians in our community who have excelled in their chosen field of music
Criteria and Conditions of Entry
- Nominations must be made by the nominee with endorsement from teacher or referee.
- The award is open to any instrumentalist or vocalist, who was a teenager in the calendar year of 2025.
- Nominee must live or attend school in the specified area (shown by map below) in 2025.
- Teacher / Referee information must be included with the nomination.
- All questions on the nomination form must be answered.
- The finalists and winner will be announced and asked to perform at the Young Musician of the Year Award presentation night on Wednesday 1st April 2026
- The prize consists of $1000.00 Cash as well as $300 gift voucher from Allison Music. Two runners up receive $100 gift voucher at Allison Music.
- The finalists will be selected by a Griffith Musician Club panel after the nominee’s achievements have been verified. GMC members will then cast their vote.
- The winner will have their name placed on a perpetual trophy.
- Nominations must be submitted to:
