为了准备营队，我们需要您和孩子的一些基本资料。

For better preparation, we would like to have some basic info about you and your kids. 

 

以下资料只作活动用途。Info below will be used for the camp ONLY.

 

营队价格如下 Camp fees will be charged as below：

一大一小 (1 Adult 1 kid) ~ RM780
两大一小 (2 Adults 1 kid) ~ RM900

*(加人数：每位大人 Extra adult +RM150/pax，每位小孩 Extra kid +RM100/pax)

退款条款：

 ~ 2月15日前取消，我们将全额退还。

 ~ 2月16-29日取消，基于场地租金政策，我们只能退还50%。

 ~ 3月1日或之后取消，基于场地租金、材料、食物等费用，我们将无法退款，但可以自行找人转让名额。

Refund policy:

~ Cancel before 15/2, full refund will be granted.

~ Cancel between 16-29/2, only 50% refund will be granted due to the venue rental policy.

~ Cancel on or after 1/3, NO refund will be granted, as venue, materials, meals, etc are confirmed. But replacement is allowed.
