Due to our vehicle size, Caught Impressions by Q no longer offers home backdrop options. We appreciate your understanding and are available to discuss alternative arrangements or studio options. Contact us for assistance.

COPYRIGHT: As a client of Caught impressions by q, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Caught impressions by q are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. As a client of Caught impressions by q, I hereby grant you the right to reproduce retouched images. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to hard drive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement. The session fee is due at the end of the session. LOCATION: Indoor and outdoor locations will be given out during the time of phone call.*

PROPS: As a client of Caught impressions by q, I understand that the photographer will not be held responsible for props. Please no glitter or confetti for indoor locations. biodegradable confetti is preferred, please ask before purchasing. Please ask about what’s acceptable to bring before purchasing. If photographer is held responsible for props: give two weeks in advance notice and please note that additional charges will be applied and due upfront along with deposit.*

LARGE GROUPS & PERMITS: Some to most OUTDOOR locations requires a permit, Especially for large groups. Most permits can’t be given last minute and most permits require payment. Although the photographer doesn’t charge by people but by hour, groups over 6 please note: Some to Most studios WILL require additional payment for extra people, please be ready to pay. Make sure all parties are present to avoid additional prices for going over time.*

SESSION TIME & PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT: 1-2hr max for any type of photo session. Additional time is $50 every 30 minutes. If additional time is needed at studio, Caught impressions by Q’s Rate IN ADDITION TO studio time (additional rates varies at each location) will be due by the end of our session. Payment options are as followed: Zelle, Cash app, Cash and all other major credit cards through invoice. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS. Without studio rentals $50 deposit will be due to secure spot, remaining balance will be paid by day of session. If venue/studio is added on: THE FULL AMOUNT FOR RENTAL IS DUE on desired date, (PRICING VARIES). Remaining balance for caught impressions by Q MUST BE PAID IN FULL day of session. After filling out this form, a final invoice will be sent along with payment options at the end of our phone call.*

EDITING & IMAGE RELEASE: Will deliver digital unedited, high-resolution images to clients via Dropbox. Each package includes 10 retouched images, placed in a designated folder. For larger groups, the retouched image allocation will be determined per person. Additional images can be added for $5 each. Upon requested additional images, the amount is due before starting. Once images are released, please try to send back retouching image choices in 1-2 days, if after, a delay may take place. We appreciate you for understanding! Standard turnaround time is 5 days. A rush delivery option is available for $75.*

By signing below you certify that You are at least 18 years of age. You have read this portrait agreement/contract and fully understand the contents thereof. You agree that you have the legal authority to grant these permissions and accept all responsibility for such. DEPOSIT INFORMATION: A non-refundable deposit is due upon booking in order to reserve your Session. All remaining Balances are due at the time of the session. No part of any order, including proofs, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Your time and date are not reserved until the non refundable deposits are received full and clear. If the Photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above, the deposit shall be refunded to the Client. Rescheduling will be arranged if the photographer or her family becomes ill at the time of your session or vice versa. Re-scheduling the date due to bad weather may occur at our discretion. If client cancels in less than 48 hours, it will not go towards new date.*
