Artist Application
Before you Apply:

Welcome to the application for Benenden Art Fair
2-4 October 2026
Benenden Village Hall, Benenden, Kent

Please consider the following before beginning your application:
- Each application is reviewed by all members of the BAF team, who carefully consider submitted materials.
- The application deadline is 5pm, Friday 24 April 2026. All applicants will be notified after applications close (early May 2026).
- Applications must be completed in one sitting, so we highly recommend making sure you start the application when you can take the time to complete it in full.
- Prepare to upload image files of 4 artworks that are similar in style, medium, price, and size to the work you wish to exhibit at the Fair. Files will need to be .jpg and under 4MB.
- You must complete an application for each year you are interested in participating in.
- Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. For all other questions, if you do not wish to answer, simply leave the box blank and move on to the next question.
- All successful applicants must commit to attending the fair in person to represent their own work. A 50% deposit is required to confirm participation, and 100% of booth fees are due in advance of the fair.
If successful, you will be contacted with an offer to exhibit. Your fair package will include:
- A booth at Benenden Art Fair taking place at Benenden Village Hall from 2-4 October 2026.
- Preparatory materials to assist you in making the most of your investment, including dedicated workshops, an exhibitor portal, email updates, and more.
- Consideration for inclusion in pre- and post-fair marketing campaigns through Benenden Art Fair’s website and social media channels.
Stand Pricing for October 2026:

Main Hall/ Stage

A = 2 metres + 1 spotlight = £345 per stand

B = 3 metres + 2 spotlights = £395 per stand

C = 4 metres + 2 spotlights = £440 per stand

D = 5 metres + 2 spotlights = £495 per stand

Balcony

E = 4 metres + 2 spotlights = £395 per stand

F = 3 metres + 2 spotlights = £325 per stand

No commission will be charged during the event. Artists are responsible for taking their own electronic/ cash payments during the event. There will be a card machine on site if needed, but you will be charged the going rate of 1.75% per transaction.
