THIS PARTNER AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made this DATE day ofMONTH , 2026, (hereinafter the "Effective Date"), by and Prolific Wealth Group Inc., (hereinafter "Company"), and PARTNER NAME , as an Independent contractor, having his/her/its principal place of business at the address set our herein below, (hereinafter "PARTNER") (hereinafter also referred to individually as a "Party" and together as the "Parties") .
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Whereas Clauses. All Whereas Clauses set out hereinabove are incorporated herein by reference and constitute a part of this Agreement.

2. Term. The term of this Agreement (“Term”) shall begin on the Effective Date hereof and shall continue until terminated by either Party in accordance with this Agreement.

TO ACTIVATE THIS PARTNER AGREEMENT PLEASE ELECTRONICALLY SIGN THIS DOCUMENT AND IT WILL BE FORWARDED TO A COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE. YOUR AFFILIATE AGREEMENT WILL BE EFFECTIVE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SUBMISSION AND RECEIPT SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have duly executed this Agreement as of the date first written above.

Referrals and compensation:

Referral

A succesful referral consist of a referral by an affiliate resulting in referred client agreeing to sign up for a service by company.

Company's Funding Fee to Client - 10%

Compensation

Tier 1 - AFFILIATE:

-No Monthly Management Fee (No Enrollment Fee To Get Started)
-10% Commissions of company's funding fee on successfully funded clients and

-10% Commissions on credit repair services
-No Recruitment Bonus

TIER 2 - PARTNER:

-Monthly Management Fee (Enrollment Fee + $100/ month)
-20% Commissions of company's funding fee on successfully funded clients

-20% Commissions on credit repair services
-Priority email support

Enrollment Fee: $2,500

Tier 3 - MONEY BROKER:

-Monthly Management Fee (Enrollment Fee + $1,000/ month)
-50% Commissions on company's funding fee on successfully funded clients

-50% Commisions on credit repair services
-$1,000 Scale Partner Recruitment Bonus
