Please note we only have a limited number of kennel suites, filling this out does not guarantee availability! We will contact you in 1-2 business days to confirm dates and collect the 50 (single dog) $70 (multi) deposit required for booking. If you are wanting a summer vacation or holiday spot - those fill up fast, so the sooner the better!

Has your dog ever been boarded before? With us of someone else?
Your dog MUST BE up to date on all of the following vaccines with proof sent before drop off. If your dog doesn't have these they need to have been given them at least a week before your drop off date.
Annual 5 in 1 (DHLPP)
Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Rabies (not required if under 6 months)
Puppies Parents*** must have the first 2 rounds of 5 in 1 to prevent Parvovirus.
Is your dog on Flea and/or Tick preventative? Flea preventative is required if over 4 months old and Tick Preventative is highly recommended for staying with us as they are going to be outside playing in high grass. Any dog who is seen with heavy flea load upon arrival will be turned away from service or required to have flea bath at cost of owner (+$60 to stay).
