Customer Provided Material
This form documents that customer provided their own product for customization by BamaTexas.
1. Customer understands that since BamaTexas did not procure the item BamaTexas is not responsible for the quality of the product provided.
2. Customer agrees that BamaTexas will not replace any product and/or finished product that:
  1. does not meet quality standards.
  2. does not customize properly.
  3. has an error that would traditionally be replaced by BamaTexas. This means that if BamaTexas has an error during application, BamaTexas will not replace the item.
    
    It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a replacement.
    
    An additional charge may be required to reapply the customization to the replacement item.
3. The customer understands that in supplying their own product for customization they accept the fact that errors occur.
4. BamaTexas may provide guidance on the product/material to be used; however, ultimately the product selection provided is by the customer.
5. BamaTexas providing information on fabric type, brand, fabric content, etc. does not guarantee that the product provided will work as intended.
6. Customer understands that custom products are non-refundable.
7. A minimum of 50% deposit is required to start any custom work.
