Greetings To All Property Owners/Residents,
We hope that everyone had an enjoyable holiday season to wrap up 2023! We also hope you were able to join us at our Fall Festival and Santa's Parade events which we will host again this year. A general meeting is planned in the May timeframe, followed by the annual meeting in December when we elect new officers. Congratulations to all our Yard of the Month and Holiday Decoration winners! We look forward to awarding new prizes this year. These events, prizes, and other expenses are made possible by your membership dues that are $35 per year, not $100s or $1000s per month as some HOAs charge. So how do we spend your dues? In 2023, we had the following unaudited expenses shown below. We had total unaudited deposits of $10,937.39 (estoppels and dues) and total unaudited expenses of $10,831.49, for a difference of $105.90. So, we are very efficient in how we maintain our funds. Administrative: Printing, mailing, digital internet websites, and signage for various events Events: Yard of the Month/Holiday Decoration prizes, Fall Festival, and Santa's Parade Maintenance of four common areas - landscaping (all), sprinkler system repair & water meter (Mohican Trail)
