- Accomodation requests are taken on a first come first serve basis.
- All tickets associated with the order number provided will be sat together.
- We will email you a confirmation of your accomodation request in 24 to 48 hours.
- You will be provided your seat information via email.
- Those who arrive to the performance after the show starts automatically forfits their assigned seats. We will make every effort to seat you as avilablity allows.
- September Song has no control over the layout of and/or number of accessible seats at the venue.
- September Song will make every effort to accomodate special accomodation requests.
