Authorized Pick Up Persons: Optional
You have the option to authorize persons -- in addition to custodial parents/guardians -- to pick up your child. We release your child ONLY to people you have authorized. You can add up to three names here; these might or might not include your Emergency Contacts. To add more than three names, email admin assistant Lisa Lawrence.

Note: Pick-up persons who are new to us will be asked to share photo i.d.s to confirm their identity.

TCS Policies & Protocols
The Treehouse Family Handbook maps out the full world of our policies and protocols. Please take time to review in detail and reach out to our Director with any questions. Below, we highlight a few important pieces of information to reinforce at the start.

Pickup Times. Our Reggio Core program ends promptly at 3:15 p.m and Extension at 5:30 p.m. Please be timely and let teachers and the office know if you are running late. Fees are charged for late pick-up.Sign-In/Sign-Out. Children must be signed in and out daily with a classroom teacher. Please do not depart with a child before checking in with a teacher first. This licensing regulation is key to child safety.Absences & Schedule Changes. We require notification of absences and changes in your child's typical daily schedule; e.g., later-than-usual drop off or earlier pick up. Alert teachers and the office via email or Brightwheel.Withdrawal or Schedule Reduction. We request one month’s written notice of withdrawal or a reduction in your child’s schedule. Families pay 30 days of tuition if notice is given within one month.Health. We practice an abundance of caution for the sake of community health. Notify classroom teachers and the office when your child is sick or exhibiting concerning symptoms.Family Scholarships. Scholarships may be awarded to families based on income information provided to TCS. Reach out to the Director to learn more.

Tuition Payment: Automatic (ACH) Banking Withdrawals

We kindly request that families pay tuition through automatic (ACH) withdrawals from your financial institution. We email monthly tuition bills for review three or four days before the 1st of the upcoming month. Tuition withdrawals occur on the first day of each month, unless the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday; in this case, the transaction takes place on the next business day.
