  • Child Care Reimbursement Form

    • Childcare reimbursement is available as needed to support families participating in Point groups & special events. It’s designed to supplement the cost of childcare but may not necessarily cover the entire cost.

    • If reimbursements are used for an individual childcare provider in your home while you attend a group, the provider should not be someone who resides in your household.

    • Reimbursements may be made directly to the childcare provider or the event/group participant responsible for paying the caregiver.

    • The Point Group/Event Leader should sign the form before submission for reimbursement. One form should be submitted for each 4-week period. The request should be submitted promptly within one week of the last event date.

  • Reimbursements will be processed within 2-3 weeks of the submission of the form. Direct deposit is the preferred and quicker payment method.


    Payees will receive an email from the Accounting Department at RAMP requiring confirmation of payment method.
