I understand that this program requires consistent participation, personal reflection, and practice outside of live sessions.
I understand that transformation comes through engagement with the process, not passive observation.

Payment Terms* This field is required.
I understand that tuition for School of Shamanic Artistry is $4,300 paid in full or $750/month for six months ($4,500 total).

I understand that this training is for educational and spiritual development purposes and is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or legal advice.
I understand that deep personal material may arise during this work and I agree to take full responsibility for my emotional and psychological wellbeing.
I understand that participation in ceremony and energy work is voluntary.

Personal Responsibility & Integration* This field is required.
I understand that this training may bring up emotional, psychological, or spiritual material as part of the personal healing process.
I take responsibility for my own integration and wellbeing and will seek appropriate outside support if needed.
I understand that while guidance and support are offered within the program, School of Shamanic Artistry is not a substitute for therapy or crisis support.

Failed Payments* This field is required.
I understand that if my payment fails and remains unresolved for 10 days, my access to course materials and support may be suspended.
I understand that unresolved payment issues may result in suspension or removal from the program.
I understand that reinstatement may require repayment of the outstanding balance.

Refund Policy* This field is required.
I understand that if I withdraw before March 29, 2026, I may request a refund minus the $500 enrollment fee.
I understand that no refunds will be issued once the program begins.
I understand that participants on the monthly payment plan may discontinue the program at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable and access to course materials will end if payments stop.
I understand that the facilitator may ask a participant to step away from the program if their participation is significantly disruptive to the safety, wellbeing, or integrity of the group container. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
