Can I drop my child off for this event?

Sorry - this event is for children WITH an adult chaperone. Trust us - you won’t want to miss the fun!

How many people can I register?

Any combination and number of adults and children is fine. The registration form has spaces for up to 3 adults and 5 children. If you are bringing a different combination than 3 adults or 5 children, just enter the names in any space but please clarify in the Comments section of this form.

What if I want to be seated by my friends?

We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please send your request in the Comments section of this form. Tables only accommodate 7 comfortably so please keep that in mind.

What age child may I bring?

Activities are aimed for children aged 3 - 8, but any age child will enjoy the day.

Does the adult HAVE to be a mom or grandma?

Of course not! If dad, grandpa, or another special male adult wants to attend - come join us!

Can I bring my son or grandson or is this a girls only event?

Little boys love princesses and other fairy tale characters. Of course they’re welcome!

Are any discounts available?

Sorry, but at this time, it’s $15 per person, regardless of ages or # in your party.

Who is the LaPorte Service League and why are they hosting “Once Upon A Time”?

Service League is a group of women that volunteer in many capacities throughout the LaPorte area. Once Upon A Time is a fundraiser to help fund the many events and organizations we support and the college scholarships we provide. You’ll hear more about us during the Tea.
