    Part of the Philanthropy Committee. Each of the Philanthropies with which we work will have an assigned Philanthropy Liaison. The liaison communicates all volunteer opportunities on the chapter website and sends appropriate email reminders to Chapter members. The liaison will monitor signups for their Philanthropy event via Chapter Calendar·     Perform check-ins with philanthropy partners throughout the year to monitor relationships.  Time commitment for Committee and Event Planning: Spring Training on-line (1 hr), Philanthropy Committee in-person training (2hrs); Contacting and Planning Philanthropy Event via email/phone (1-2 hrs total); Monitoring Sign Ups Week Prior to Event (1 hr), Follow up (up to 1 hr).  Estimated 8 Leadership hrs per year per assigned Philanthropy.

    In this role you would work with another PT on the Communications Committee to produce a monthly Newsletter for our members. The newsletter is produced through Mail Chimp and Canva. Time commitment 1-2 hrs per month

    Historian/Photographer: This position is part of the Communications Committee. The role requires collecting and organizing photographs of both Patroness and Ticktocker Activities for use in the Chapter's slideshow, website, and newsletter. Our Chapter has moved all photo to a Flikr account that will be shared and accessible to all members in the Fall of 2024. Time Commitment: 1.5 Hrs a month.

    Works with the Patroness Tea Chair and Ticktocker Tea Chairs to plan our annual Chapter Tea, Senior Recognition, and Awards Ceremony.  Responsibilities include working with TT Tea Committee Chairs to select a theme, choose a menu, and order decor. Working with venue regarding menu/pricing based on Chapter budget for Tea. This committee will have 6 members. Each member will be assigned to a particular grade level to complete tasks assigned for that grade level. For example, the seventh grade Tea Chairs are assigned with creating an invite to send to Chapter Members via email. Time Committment avg. 1-2 hrs a month. The two weeks leading up to the Tea may require a few additional hrs to complete last minute taks.

    ·       Create sign in sheets from Chapter Directory for Sign in at Meeting.  One week prior to meeting follow up with those Patronesses who have not RSVP’d via text or email . Print Patroness Birthday list from Chapter Website. ·       Create Power Point Slide for monthly Patroness Meeting with name of those Patronesses celebrating birthday that month. Purchase roses to hand out to those Patronesses with Birthdays (reimbursed by Chapter) ·       Time Commitment: 2 hrs per month ·       This subcommittee will have 3 Members who can alternate duties each month

    Work with VP of Chapter E and I to book speakers for some of our monthly meeting.  If having a speaker, obtain biographical info wanted in introduction at the meeting. Obtain Speaker’s address for Thank You cards/gift; if Ticktockers attending share information with Grade Level Advisors as well. Share via email Speaker Bio information with Communications Committee to add to Chapter Calendar. Work with VP Chapter E & I to add seasonal, cultural or philanthropic components to meeting. For example, this year we had a Speaker from Girls, Inc at the beginning of the year, we asked our members to bring a few school supplies to donate to Girls, Inc. *So, our members received a meeting credit and Philanthropy hr. Plan Ice Breakers for some meetings as needed.  Assist in creating PP for monthly meeting. VP’s of Board will contribute content,  Commitment Time: Speaker Arrangements (1 hrs via email/phone); Planning seasonal/cultural/philanthropic component (1 hr); Ice breaker (30 min); Power Point (1 hs) :  4 hrs Leadership per meeting. There will be 4 members on this subcommittee who can alternate months.

     Work with VP Chapter Engagement & Inclusion coordinating meeting locations. Work with Event Location Coordinator to ensure set up of room/hall for event: tables and chairs vs chairs only; food drink stations, etc ·       Share meeting location, date and time with Communications Committee to place on  Chapter Calendar ·       If needed, assist in booking Patroness monthly meeting locations. (Generally, the locations are set for the year).  ·       Arrive 15 minutes prior to start of meeting to ensure set up in meeting space is correct.  ·       Time Commitment: 1-1.5 hrs/month ·       This role will have 2 members.

    ·       Work with VP Chapter E & I to find events for small group meetings ·       Event should allow for 10-15 Patronesses/1 Board Member required ·       Share information about event/s with Communications Committee to have put on Chapter Calendar ·       Mini Meetings will be given a meeting credit.  ·       Commitment Time: Arrangements via phone/email (1 hr), Planning (1 hr); Monitor Signup (1hr) ·       Goal per year: 2 mini meetings in Fall and and 2 mini meetings in the Spring. ·       This subcommittee will have 3 members who can alternate planning responsibilities.
