Top Ladies inducted since March 2023 who were not presented at any conference should complete this form. These Ladies (TLOD Gems) will be introduced to the Area during the conference. Top Ladies must be registered for the conference to participate. Each Top Lady must provide a photo in JPG format in addition to completing the below information.
