Acceptance of Terms:
By submitting the registration form, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the following terms and conditions.
Registration Requirements:
2.1 Eligibility: The tournament is open to players aged 13 and above who reside in the Marianas region.
2.2 Registration Deadline: All registrations must be submitted by March 24th, 2024 by 12:00 PM.
2.3 Team Composition: Each team must consist of at least six players (MULTIPLAYER) and two players (BATTLE ROYALE)
Registration Process:
3.1 Submission: Participants must complete the online registration form provided on the official tournament website.
3.2 Verification: All submitted information must be accurate and verifiable. Inaccurate or incomplete registrations may be disqualified.
Fees and Payments:
4.1 Entry Fee: A non-refundable entry fee $20 PER BATTLE ROYALE DUOS TEAM 4.2 Payment Method: Payment must be made through the designated payment gateway specified on the tournament website. RLL/MESL may send you a payment link via Paypal to complete the payment.
Participant Responsibilities:
5.1 Fair Play: Participants are expected to compete in the spirit of fair play and uphold the rules and regulations of the tournament.
5.2 Conduct: Participants must treat fellow participants, tournament organizers, and staff with respect and refrain from engaging in any form of harassment, cheating, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
Liability and Disclaimers:
6.1 Limitation of Liability: ALPHA LEGENDS GAMING ESPORTS ORGANIZATION, its affiliates, partners, and sponsors shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by participants during the tournament. 6.2 Indemnity: Participants agree to indemnify and hold the ALPHA LEGENDS GAMING ESPORTS ORGANIZATION, AFFILIATES AND SPONSORS, harmless from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the tournament.
Intellectual Property: 7.1 Ownership: Participants retain ownership rights over their own intellectual property, such as team names, logos, and other original content.
7.2 Usage Rights: By participating in the tournament, participants grant the Marianas Esport League the non-exclusive right to use their names, images, and gameplay footage for promotional purposes.
Privacy and Data Protection:
8.1 Data Collection: Participants consent to the collection and storage of their personal information for the purposes of tournament administration and communication.
8.2 Data Sharing: Participant information will only be shared with tournament organizers, partners, and sponsors for the purpose of facilitating the tournament.
Modifications or Cancellations:
9.1 Tournament Changes: ALPHA LEGENDS GAMING reserves the right to modify the tournament format, rules, or schedule, and will notify participants of any changes in a timely manner.
9.2 Cancellation: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, ALPHA LEGENDS GAMING ESPORTS ORGANIZATION may cancel the tournament. Participants will be informed promptly, and any paid entry fees will be refunded.
