Thank you for your interest to volunteer with us. This Ramadhan, we aim to bring huge smiles to 100 vulnerable Muslim families across Singapore. Insyaa Allah!
KEY FACTS:
1. The distribution will be between 16th March-7th April 2024 (weekends only & PH Good Friday).
2. Delivery collection timing at 5 Mattar Road will be staggered between 4.45pm–5.30pm and advised after registration. Deliveries are estimated to complete by 6.30pm.
3. We target to deliver iftar food to 100 low-income households across Singapore.
4. The number of households allocated to each volunteer/vehicle ranges between 4-5. The large variance takes into account the density of the addresses you need to deliver to, i.e. 4 (sparsely distributed, requiring transport between locations) vs 5 (closely located, e.g. within the same block or neighbouring blocks).
5. Each volunteer is required to have their own transport (Cars, vans or mini-bus with ample boot space). Kindly provide your vehicle number for identification.
6. Only one (1) registration per vehicle.
(Note: Advisable to avoid involving persons with chronic or underlying conditions, and pregnant women as volunteers.)
7. Please select your preferred area of delivery. While we try our best to match your preference, you may be requested to deliver to another area.
8. To ease the delivery, you are recommended to bring along a Trolley for disbursement to transport the food packages from house to house.
