Your in-salon appointment will begin with a full consultation to refine the plan for service.

I understand that we have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice, I may be banned from booking future appointments with the salon.

I understand that we have a 10 minute grace period. Sometimes running behind is out of our control, however after 10 minutes my appointment will need to be rescheduled to the next available appointment date.
