Workshop rates: SGD $380

I give EMMETT Therapies / Integrated Bodywork Therapy / EMMETT Technique SG permission to use my photograph and/or videograph for promotional purposes (e.g brochures, posters, webpage, etc).

It is further agreed that I am not permitted to record any part of the training and study by means of audio, video or photography at any course seminar or workshop held by EMMETT Therapies or their representatives

In consideration of the Applicant’s registration as attendee or coordinator at a course, seminar or workshop of Emmett Therapies – The Emmett Technique, the Applicant agrees that: The Applicant will not, without prior written consent of Emetros Pty Ltd.

1. Sell or reproduce the whole or any part of course content for money or content in any form without obtaining permission from Emetros Pty Ltd.

2. Teach or demonstrate any part of the Emmett Therapies not visually and/or by audio means record any part of the training and study. 

The Applicant acknowledges that he/she will fully participate in the seminar, workshop or course and does so with full knowledge of the potential effects for him/her and hereby expressly releases the Instructor, Company, Directors and Attendees from any and all liability in respect of any personal injury that might subsequently become evident.

The training guide and other materials provided by Emetros Pty Ltd as part of the seminar, workshop or demonstration, have not been supplied with any particular recipient, user, or client in mind and therefore, although all care has been taken by Ross Emmett in the preparation of any such guide and/or materials, the information contained in such documents cannot be warranted to be accurate or complete, and is not intended to give rise to any contractual or other legal obligations between Emetros Pty Ltd and the student.

Except as provided by law, Emetros Pty Ltd, employees, agents, consultants and representatives do not accept any responsibility whatsoever, including responsibility for any physical damage, bodily injury, economic loss or other loss or damage whatsoever suffered by any person as a direct or indirect consequence of errors in or omissions from the Emmett guide, and/or seminar, workshop or demonstration materials, or for any action or inaction taken in reliance upon the contents of these materials.

 1.     GENERAL
Emmett Technique Singapore is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a student cancels without giving enough notice, it minimizes the chances and means of other students from getting a reservation for the EMMETT Technique Workshop/Course. On the other hand, Emmett Technique Singapore suffers from financial loses for resources and materials for the course. For these reasons, IBT has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

2.     FULL PAYMENT
Your registration is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be online (via PayNow). We do not make any reservations without any payment. Our workshop/course registration is first come first serve basis.

Your registration is confirm upon completing this registration form.

3.     CANCELLATION REQUEST
The Emmett Technique recognises that students may also be required to cancel a class they have registered for after they have already paid for the full course price. The below information details are the cancellation policy. 

For cancellation request, you will have to provide notice of cancellation. This notice should be a written notice – delivering the notice via email or text messages (WhatsApp)

If the course is cancelled due to an insufficient number of registered students or any other unforseen circumstances, then those students registered have the choice of having their course fee returned or applying their course fee towards the next course the student takes with the instructor.

 

4.     REFUND POLICY

• Upon registration, $150 is non-refundable.
  
  
• Cancellation 30 days before the start of the workshop/course:
  • 50% of the course fees will be deducted from the refund.

• Cancellation 2 weeks before the start of the workshop/course:
  • No refunds will be provided

• Failure to show up or being absent on the workshop/course day and/or if you do not complete any part of the 2-day course:
  • No refunds will be provided.

Please note that all cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to hello@ibtherapy.sg or WhatsApp +65 8389 2055. The refund amount, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the approval date of cancellation request.

We strongly recommend notifying us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration to avoid any unnecessary charges. Keep in mind that transferring your registration to another individual may be allowed depending on the circumstances, subject to approval from the course provider.

Please review this cancellation policy carefully before registering for the course or workshop. By proceeding with the registration, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Considerable time, effort, resources and costs are incurred when holding a course and in registering for a course, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy.

Emmett Technique Singapore reserves the right to change the cancellation & refund policy from time to time. By registering to Emmett Technique courses after we post such changes, you accept the agreement as modified.
