Details For Bond Return
Please note, the venue hire bond of $300 will be processed through Stripe and paid into the bank account you initially pay with within thirty (30) days of your event if it is determined that there is no damage to the Premises or any excessive clean up required. For more information, please make sure to read the venue hire terms and conditions.
Agreement
The Hirer understand that be completing this form they are requesting to hire the Premises of Highgate Forrest Park Playgroup (HFPP) and that the Hirer will need to receive written confirmation from the HFPP Committee that their booking has been confirmed prior to hosting their event.

The Hirer has read the venue hire terms and conditions and understands that, once the venue hire is confirmed by Highgate Forrest Park Playgroup (you have completed and submitted this form), the date and time of the hire are non-transferrable and the Venue Hire fee is non-refundable.
