  • In the unlikely event of a fire alarm sounding, the hirer must:

    1. Calmly and quietly escort all of their attendees out of the nearest emergency exit to the assembly point in the front car park. Do not stop to collect personal belongings
    2. Conduct a roll call of their attendees and inform the TCC Duty Officer whether everybody is accounted for or if anybody is missing from the roll call
    3. Remain at the assembly point with their attendees. Under no circumstances is anybody to re-enter the building until further instruction is given by a member of College staff or emergency services

    Please ensure that you and your delegated representatives are familliar with the nearest emergency exits and location of the assembly point. If there is any doubt about what to do in the event of a fire alarm sounding, please speak to a member of the Community Use team.
