Would you be interested in a partial volunteer status where you check in with the department head every Wednesday and take home projects every week to complete? You would still pay the same costume fee, but receive a reduction on your family registration fee.

As a volunteer, are you able to commit to being present for all Wednesday rehearsals, all five days of the compulsory week, and the full theatre week to work alongside the other moms? If not, would a partial volunteer option suit you better? This would entail taking work home with you and checking in with your department head every Wednesday. You would pay a higher costume fee but still receive the family discount.
