Do you commit to paying an Application fee of $35.00 and Annual membership dues of $165.00? (The application fee is non-refundable and must be processed when applying.) Annual membership dues may be paid via an optional payment plan of 3 installments. An initial payment of $65 is due upon invitation to join and $50 on the 1st of each month for the following two months. All dues must be collected by August 1st. All payments received are non-refundable.*
