  • Every year, the Supply Chain Management (SCM) program is fortunate to receive generous contributions from corporations and organizations committed to fostering the growth and success of supply chain management students. We are delighted to announce the Supply Chain Management Scholarship, which financially supports students who demonstrate exceptional dedication to their studies and active participation in the SCM program.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    Academic Excellence: 3.0 Cumulative GPA

    Acknowledge the Donor: Show gratitude by acknowledging the donor of your scholarship. The acknowledgment can be in the form of a thank-you letter or participation in events organized by the donor.

    Active Membership in SCMSO: Become or continue to be an active member of the Supply Chain Management Student Organization (SCMSO). Your involvement in the organization is integral to building a solid community and enhancing your overall SCM experience.

    Attendance and Participation: Attend and actively participate in functions targeted explicitly toward the success of the SCM program. Your presence contributes to a vibrant and supportive community within the program.

    Engage in Exposure and Promotion: Participate in various activities designed to provide exposure to the corporate community. Additionally, engage in initiatives that promote the SCM program, fostering connections and awareness within the industry.

    All awards are based on full-time enrollment.

However, providing this information may increase your opportunities for scholarships where donors have asked that priority consideration be given to students meeting specific demographic criteria (such as minority status, area of study, etc.)

    Essay

    Write a two to three-page formal essay (12-point font, Times New Roman, double-spaced) explaining each subtopic listed below (500-word maximum)

    Leadership - List and briefly describe your leadership experiences, especially noting any campus and community activities involvement. 


    Career Goals- Describe your career goals related to the Supply Chain industry. Indicate which opportunity/opportunities you plan to pursue and why.


    Alumni Connection - How will you give back to the College of Business/SCM program as an alumnus?
