Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your in-person registration, you may transfer the registration to a virtual registration by emailing ClinGen@acmg.net. Meeting registrations cannot be transferred to another person. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for either in-person or virtual registration.

Event Policies:

Consent for Use of Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the 2024 Curating the Clinical Genome Meeting and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit ClinGen’s and DECIPHER's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, audiotapes of such events and activities.

Use of Recording Equipment: Recording audio, video, or photographs of speaker presentations, poster presentations, or exhibits by attendees is strictly prohibited, unless pre-approved by ClinGen, DECIPHER, and/or the presenter.
