Managing a Group Hold
As an advisor with a “Group Hold”, you have the responsibility of managing the spots you request. Do your best to accurately reserve the number of spots that you will fill. This summer each of our 6 sessions has a maximum of 180 camper spots.
After we have processed this form, we will send you directions to share with each of your students. This will include a code, specific to your school that campers will need to enter during registration.
We will also send an invoice for a non-refundable $100 deposit per camper. We must receive this deposit by April 5 to continue to hold your spots.
If you use COSER, we will refund this money after we are paid by BOCES. If you bring all the students you held spots for, you will receive a full return.
Cancelations made before April 12 will receive a refund.
From April 13 through May 31, you may release spots. At this time you will lose the $100 deposit per spot.
On June 1st, there is a no-refund policy, which includes no-shows. Chapters will be billed for no-shows as COSER can not. You will be billed the full camper amount of $475 per camper.
The only refund exception will be in the case of a documented medical incident. * Doctor's proof will be requested.
You may switch to another session, subject to availability.
You may switch who is registered with your group as needed until the start of your session.
