  • Rooms that are being requested for reservation for conference, non-academic events, or non-NMT student events will be required to pay a rental fee.

    The basic rental fees give the renter the right to fully use the classroom and fixed equipment within the rules and regulations of NMT use. Labor and special services are billed in addition to the rental fee. Below is a breakdown of our fees.

    • General Classroom        $75
    • Computer Lab               $100
    • General Tech Support    $50/hr per person
    • On Call Tech Support     $30/hr employees hrly wage
    • Weekend/after-hour Senior Tech Support         $50/hr per person

  • (Please note that reservations can only be held during the semester and until the last day of classes, student reservations are not approved during finals week or in-between semesters)

  • Departments/Clubs/ Students utilizing these rooms will be responsible for breakage and /or damage to equipment or facilities. The department/club/Student is responsible for clean-up, and trash removal. Tables/ chairs and desks are not to be moved or removed from classrooms. White boards/ chalkboards wiped down with proper solvents only. General Rule of Thumb: Leave it better than you found it. Should the room be left unclean or furniture is rearranged or removed, or damages be found, a $25.00 or appropriate cleaning/damage fee will be assessed to the account of the person completing the room reservation request, or department/sponsoring department.

  • Registrar Official Use Only:

    If Keys have been requested, they can be picked up the day before the event/meeting if scheduled before 8am and be returned before 12pm the next business day if ending after 5pm. Keys are to be returned by:
