Photo and Liability Release Agreement
1. Program Overview:
The Hidden Bee Farm Enrichment Program is designed to enhance the educational experiences of participants through a variety of creative, social, and environmental activities. Participation in this program is voluntary and is intended to supplement, not replace, formal education.

By participating in this program, you grant permission to Hidden Bee Farm, Hidden Bee Learning, and any associated personnel to take photographs or video recordings during the program. These images and videos may be used in promotional materials, publications, or online platforms associated with Hidden Bee Farm and Hidden Bee Learning. Personal information such as names or addresses will not be disclosed unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate agreement.

3. Waiver of Liability:
By participating in the Hidden Bee Farm Enrichment Program, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in the program's activities. You agree to release and hold harmless Hidden Bee Farm, Hidden Bee Learning, Zachary David Seaton, and all associated personnel from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages that may arise as a result of participation in the program.
