A USTA League Team Confirmation & Agreement form is required for all USTA League teams. Captains need to complete the information listed below and sign the form. Captains must digitally sign this form for the team to be included in the match schedule. Captains need to acquire confirmation (verbal, email, or written) from your facility prior to submitting this Agreement.
Completed Team Confirmations must be submitted by March 6, 2026 to be included in the league season.
A team number will be sent to the Team Captain within a few days. You can then send the team number to your players and have them register for your roster.
Important Dates:
March 6 - Team Confirmation Due
March 13 - At least 6 players registered on your team
March 27 - Match schedule available on TennisLink
April 9 - Local Season Starts
June 26 - Local Season Ends
TBD - Playoffs if needed(we usually don't have a playoff for this league)
