Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Asian cuisine, a knack for creating a welcoming atmosphere, and a commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all staff of the restaurant, ensuring efficient operation and exceptional customer service.
- Create and manage shift schedules based on business needs and profitability.
- Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
- Implement and uphold quality control, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee budget and cost controls.
- Handle customer feedback and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with chefs in menu development and special dish creation.
- Organize and promote events to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Familiarize and assist in all positions of the restaurant, including kitchen and bar areas, to ensure operational fluency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Asian cuisine, particularly BBQ and hotpot, is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software.
- Bartending experience preferred.
