We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to work directly with our Director of Operations for Golf and Events. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Golf industry, task-driven and customer service focused with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
As an Executive Assistant for The Club at Castle Bluff, your primary responsibility is to assist the club's management in day-to-day operations and provide administrative support. This role requires a high degree of organization, professionalism, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
This is a part-time hourly position - 20-30 hours a week. Hybrid style work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to club members, guests, and visitors.
- Assist in organizing and executing club events, tournaments, and member activities.
- Manage event inquiries and reservations
- Communicate effectively with event vendors
- Onboarding all club memberships - welcome email, create member accounts on ForeUp software system, etc.
- Schedule facility tours
- Address membership inquiries, concerns, and issues
- Create email automation templates for a streamlined process
- Create club event/tournament email promotion and reminders.
- Create club monthly newsletter
- Develops and maintains current golf, event and pickleball procedures.
- Perform other duties as requested and required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant. In a hospitality or golf club setting is a plus.
- Exceptional organization, time management and critical thinking skills.
- Strong writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of golf, golf club operations, or a passion for the sport is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge/experience with computer applications (i.e., Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva)
- Excellent communications and language skills, both oral and written.
- Must be able to work independently, select resources and apply appropriate reference materials.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
