Crested Goods Bespoke Engraved Order

Order Hantspol crested gifts direct from our supplier with a message engraved.
This form is to request bespoked engraved crested goods direct from our supplier based at West End Southampton. If you do NOT want additional engraving and just the Hantspol crest, you can order (subject to stock) direct from the HPLS office at Netley. If showing out of stock on the HPLS website, please email us for a time frame of getting it ordered.

Please make an enquiry about any crested item listed as stocked in the HPLS shop for which you require bespoke text added. The force shop page HERE will say which goods can be engarved and those that cannot. Please check before submitting this request.

If you are after something that is not shown on the force shop page, please contact the workshop direct using this form and they can quote for something which will hopefully match your needs.

This request will be sent direct to our supplier who will make contact with you regarding price and delivery. Our partner already has the Hampshire crest ready as artwork. Additional engraving added to glassware will cost £2.50 (larger amounts of text may be more).

Delivery can be arranged at cost price. Items can also be picked up from our supplier in Southampton. Discounted rates have been arranged for HPLS members and you will need to show your card when collecting. Just complete the below and submit.

State what you need engraving and what the preferred position is. The Hantspol crest by default will be engraved unless you request that it isn't.
Note - Please check and double check spelling and phrasing of requested engraving as it will be engraved as you request and cannot be re-done if you have made a mistake.
Do you wish a presentation box to be quoted with the price? Most items will come in a manufacturers box, which will be branded or plain, however a silk lined presentation box may be more suitable and will cost around £6.60.
What date do you need the item by?
The shop will try their best to get the item ready in time, however some short notice requests may not be able to be completed in time. Please check first by calling the shop first if concerned. 023 8017 2730
