MEMBERSHIP FREEZE POLICY:
A membership freeze places your account on temporary hold.
📌Freeze Guidelines:
• Freeze requests must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the requested start date.
• Freezes may be requested for up to 3 months at a time.
• One extension of up to 3 additional months may be requested if submitted in advance.
• Memberships automatically reactivate when the approved freeze period ends unless an extension is approved.
• Retroactive freezes are not permitted.
📌 Effect of Freeze on Membership Term:
• Placing a membership on freeze does not cancel, shorten, or reduce the term of your membership agreement.
• The membership term is paused during the freeze and resumes upon reactivation.
• Members remain responsible for all remaining outstanding installments required to complete the original membership term.
📌 Freeze Fees:
• A $25 freeze fee per 28-day billing cycle applies while your membership is frozen.
• The freeze fee is billed on your regular billing date in place of your normal membership payment.
📌 Medical, Military & Maternity Freezes
• Medical freezes may be applied for the duration recommended by a physician; documentation may be required prior to approval.
• Medical and military freeze fees may be waived with appropriate documentation.
• Maternity freeze: One complimentary freeze of up to 9 months is permitted.
📌 MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
• All membership cancellations require 30-day written notice.
Cancellation Terms:
• Any payments scheduled within 30 days of receiving your completed request remain due
Membership access continues through your final paid billing cycle.
• All unused classes, sessions, or services expire at the end of the final billing cycle.
• No refunds are issued for unused services.
📌 FIXED-TERM MEMBERSHIPS
• Early cancellation of a fixed-term membership may be subject to an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract balance, unless cancellation qualifies under medical, military, relocation, or studio closure provisions as outlined in your Membership Agreement.
📌 MONTH-TO-MONTH, STUDENT & YOUTH MEMBERSHIPS
• May be cancelled at any time with 30-day written notice.
• Any payments scheduled within the 30-day notice period remain due.
• Access continues through the final paid billing cycle.
• Unused services expire at the end of the final billing cycle.
• No refunds for unused sessions.
📌 RELOCATION OR STUDIO CHANGE
You may cancel your membership without penalty if:
• You relocate more than 25 miles and no comparable location exists within 25 miles.
• The studio closes permanently with no alternative location within 25 miles.
• The studio relocates more than 25 miles away.
• Major facilities outlined in your original agreement are permanently removed.
• A relocation processing fee of up to $100 may apply depending on the situation.
