    Each plan includes nutritional guidance and daily exercises needed to reach your personal goals. You have access to me 24/7 and will have my personal information. Each plan streamlines your needed daily caloric intake, personalized workout volume & intensity. Each plan is personalized and peer reviewed by other trainers. 

    Free One Month Program

    Includes a variation of different week workout splits. Weeks 1-2 will focus on fine tuning form and corrective exercises. You will be preparing your muscles for the added volume on Week 3 and 4. To reiterate it comes with nutritional guidance and excersise descriptions. This is Recommended for new comers and people who are returning to the fitness looking to test the waters with PT.

     

    12 Week Hypertrophy Program ✨

    Includes custom workout splits broken up bi-weekly. Also comes with nutritional guidance. For context, Hypertrophy is the process of increasing the size of individual cells, leading to overall tissue or organ growth. In regards to muscle physiology, it commonly refers to the enlargement of muscle fibers in response to resistance training or other forms of mechanical stress. This adaptive mechanism results in enhanced muscle strength and endurance. With this program expect overloading the volume of repetitions every 2 weeks or at a rate your comfortable with. This program is recommended to clients wanted larger muscles and more definition.

     

    24 Week Body Recomposition Program

    Includes custom workout splits focus on growing skeletal/lean muscle mass while simultaneously decreasing your body fat percentage. This program requires nutritional guidance. To reiterate body recomposition involves simultaneously reducing body fat and gaining muscle mass to achieve a more favorable body composition. This approach typically combines a calorie-controlled diet with resistance training to stimulate muscle growth and promote fat loss. Successful body recomposition results in a leaner physique with improved muscle definition, often without significant changes in overall body weight. This program is recommended for people looking to have glamour muscles, definition, and strength. This program is recommended to someone who is determined and committed to making a change.

     BLSP Burn Program

    BLSP burn is a program design the specifically target weight loss. The program involves intense training with cardiovascular in between compound movements. On top of targeting the root cause of weightYou will also be increasing your strength. This program includes a custom workout routine tailored to the client and day-to-day, calorie tracking. it comes with in person training, 24/7 access to a Trainer and nutritional guidance.

    New workout splits every week. Access to community chat with other members following the online program. 24/7 access to me and my personal phone number. Custom workouts for your individual goals and Overall general workouts for the community members.
