IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE JOB POSITION & INTERVIEW: If you're application meets the requirements and expectations of our management staff, you will be notified and invited to the initial interview. Should your skills and interview process show you are a potential match for employment, you will be given a working shift where you will experience what it means to be a ref at Niagara Quartermaster Airsoft Field. This is your opportunity to show the staff you are able to keep up with the fast-paced environment. After your overall evaluation, you may be offered employment. Please note that ref staff are required not only to simply ref games, but also for the general maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of our field facility, the hosting of our private rentals, on the spot gun maintenance and the supervision of our various other events. These responsibilities include but are not limited to running, basic understanding of first aid, assisting players, working with children and adults in a respectful manner, heavy lifting, climbing ladders, moving props, barrels. If you feel that you cannot accomplish any of these or other related tasks safely and adequately, please disclose this to field management staff.
