    The NBDF is dedicated to serving the community and would love to feature your business in way that will help you build brand awareness.   As a 501C3 non-profit, community support is critical for the success of this event.   We invite you to consider sponsoring this years’ Downtown Block Party.  If you don’t see a package that fits your business budget, let us know,  we can work with you to tailor a package that will work.  We also welcome in-kind donations.

    • Offer sponsors the opportunity to market their products and services while enhancing their brand image.
    • Promote commerce and tourism in North Bend and throughout the Snoqualmie Valley.
    • Foster a sense of community pride through fun and free activities for everyone.
    • Grow and expand the event to improve economic vitality.

  • Join North Bend’s biggest downtown event of the year! The Block Party is a popular festival fostering community pride and engagement while providing an economic boost to our downtown businesses.  An annual attendance of over 3500 party goers roll through our downtown each year.

    We strive to make this a profitable and enjoyable event for everyone involved.  Be a part of our action-packed lineup of entertainment, activities, vendors, food, beer garden and more!

    TIME:                 Noon - 10:00 pm

    WHERE:             North Bend Way, between Bendigo Boulevard & Ballarat Avenue

    The Block Party will feature live entertainment by 10+ local and regional musicians, dance performances and more.  The event also features kids’ activities, vendors and a beer/wine garden.  This free event is family friendly and open to all members of the public.

    Set-Up:                      8:30 - 11:00 am

    Tear-Down:               7:30 pm - 11:30 pm

  • BIG SI PACKAGE - $2500

    This is an exclusive opportunity for your brand to be associated with the entire festival. Your brand will be seen by festival goers, AND everyone who sees photos and videos from the weekend for years to come.

    Package Includes:

    • Your business will be one of the exclusive presenting sponsors with your brand prominent throughout the festival.
    • Category exclusivity, i.e., no other business of the same type will be able to sponsor the event at any level.
    • Exclusive brand representation on the stage (business to provide banner). Only Big Si sponsors are displayed on the stage.
    • Logo prominently featured on all festival signage.
    • Frequent live recognition of your brand by the Emcee throughout the event.
    • Opportunity for you to speak on the stage (max. 5 minutes).
    • Complementary and premiere placement of booth space (10’ x 10’) to promote your brand or sell items and increase face-to-face contact with consumers.
    • Premier placement of company name and logo on ALL marketing materials related to event. Including all social media outlets, poster, brochures, press releases and other marketing.
  • Rattlesnake Ledge Package:   $1,250

    Sponsors at this level have the opportunity to spotlight a specific feature of Block Party, such as the Kid Zone, Food, Arts & Crafts, or you may work with the festival coordinator for another feature that speaks to your brand.

    This package provides excellent reach! Each Block Party feature may be supported by one sponsor only.  Selection of feature will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

    Package includes:

    • Spotlight on all event materials as the sponsor of a feature of your choice (e.g. Kid Zone brought to you by )
    • Opportunity to hang banner (you must provide) in your sponsored area
    • Frequent live recognition of your brand by the Emcee throughout the event
    • Complementary booth space (10’ x 10’) to promote brand or sell items for increased face-to-face contact with consumers
    • Premier placement of company name and logo on all materials related to event. Including all social media outlets, poster,    brochures, press releases and other marketing
  • Little Si Package: $500

    The primary goal of the Block Party is to foster community pride and benefit local businesses; this level was created for North Bend and Snoqualmie Valley businesses to participate and gain the benefits of sponsorship at an affordable price.

    Package includes:

    • Live mention as sponsor during the event
    • Logo on event poster and many social media posts
    • Complementary booth space (10’ x 10’) to promote brand or sell items for increased face-to-face contact with consumers
  • Twin Falls Package: $500 in kind  (10 available)

    This unique package speaks to the inherent value of volunteers—the community members who get out there and help make this a cherished and successful community event.  The Twin Falls sponsors provide a staffing investment at Block Party: two staff members who help in 2-6 hour blocks of time, to assist in various ways, from set-up, providing help to participants during our event, to take-down at the end of the night.

    Package includes:

    • Live mention as a sponsor during the event
    • Logo on event poster and most social media posts
    • Complementary booth space (10’ x 10’) in to promote brand or sell items for increased face-to-face contact with consumers

    • IN KIND:   Can you offer a product or service that can benefit the event? Work with organizers to find an arrangement that works for you!
    • SPONSOR A SPECIFIC ACTIVITY:   Would you like to sponsor a specific activity, like a bounce house, contest, or dunk tank?  Please inquire, we may be able to make that happen!
    • VOLUNTEER SUPPORT:  This event takes a lot of dedicated volunteers.   Help us appreciate them by sponsoring swag (t-shirts/water bottles), gift cards, food, etc. ideas welcome and appreciated!

  •  SET-UP

    • Booths must be operational from 11:45 am to 7:30 pm
    • Business will have drive-in access between 8:30 - 10:00 am for set up.
    • Vehicles must be removed by 10:30 am from event space.
      • You will receive a load-in, load-out information closer to the event.

    Please drive in, unload, and immediately park your vehicle off-site (see “Parking” below) and return to set up your booth.

    • Failure to do so will result in backups and will prevent smooth mobilization.   Please share festival space!

    TEAR DOWN

    • Business may begin tear down at 7:30 pm but will NOT have drive-in access to booths until after the festival (10:00 pm).
    • DO NOT tear down early! 
      • Tear down before 7:30 pm will result in your organization being immediately suspended from future events
    • Your booth/food truck area must be fully clear of debris and supplies by 11:30 pm.  You may not, under any circumstances, leave any items/vehicles overnight.

    PARKING: You can find parking in one of two nearby lots:

    • Park-and-Ride lot: 301 W North Bend Way
    • Park-and-Ride lot: Next door to 247 E N Bend Way (Rio Bravo)

    SECURITY: Reasonable security will be provided during the hours of Noon-11:00 pm, but is not guaranteed.  The NBDF or City of North Bend is not responsible for any loss of property.

    PROPERTY:

    • Vendors are responsible for securing tents or items that may fly away.
      • Refunds won’t be given because of wind or inclement weather
    • Pack in and pack out ALL materials, including trash from your booth area.
    • Food vendors must pack out all gray water and other remaining garbage.
    • Vendors who illegally dump gray water, food scraps, garbage, etc. down storm drains or anywhere else may be fined up to $500 and will not be allowed to participate in future fevents.

    BOOTH LOGISTICS

    • Vendors are required to provide a copy of liability insurance.
    • The NBDF and City of North Bend reserve the right to disqualify any vendor whose merchandise is inappropriate for the event or if the content, form and/or quality of the merchandise or message is not consistent with the information provided in the application.
    • PROHIBITED ITEMS,  include but are not limited to:
      • silly string, crazy foam, items of a sexual or violent nature, items that make a mess or damage property, and any illegal items or substance
    • No vendor is guaranteed exclusive rights to sell certain products.  All efforts are made to jury/monitor the products to maintain a good balance between supply and demand. It is vital that vendors accurately represent themselves and their items in the application to maintain this balance.
    • Booths open until festival close (11 pm) will be placed closer to the center of the event to avoid gaps in space.
    • Approved vendors receive booth space only and must provide their own tent and any furniture/displays.
    • Vendors may not market wares outside of the boundaries of your booth.
    • Vendors will receive a numbered booth location map prior to the event

    ELECTRICITY

    • Electricity is available for limited use and availability:
    • We have limited 110-volt outlets (standard power outlets found in most homes),  and cannot be guaranteed to every vendor.
      • In general, small power needs, a small laptop, phone charger, or LED lighting can be plugged into these outlets.
    • Vendors must provide their own commercial-grade extension cord to access electricity, and a safe means of coverage to remove tripping hazards.
    • If you are a food vendor using a generator, we ask that you provide a quiet generator, in good condition, with a maximum of 55 dB9(A)
      • Noisy generators giving off an extensive amount of noise and exhaust will  be placed further away, as impacts the event and neighboring vendors’ experience.
