This should include essential features such as the positions of tongue locations on trailers, the location of electrical hook-ups, the orientation of doors (especially those that swing out), and the specific side designated for service. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated.

  • Terms and Conditions: I understand that these charges are based on my answers to the questions above. Should the actual space requirements or utility needs exceed those initially indicated, I understand that additional charges will be incurred. I further acknowledge that these charges are irrevocable and non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled event.

    Vendors are responsible to bring their own setup supplies to include canopy tents, tables, electrical cords, hoses, hookup items, etc. and that Visit Nappanee is not responsible for losses, theft or damages at any of our events.

    Vendor fees are non-refundable. In the rare event that your application isn't accepted, we will refund your fee.
