Vendor Fee and Sales CommissionVisit Nappanee will retain 5% of the total gross sales from all food vendors during the event. Vendors are required to submit their sales total to Visit Nappanee representatives at the conclusion of the event. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in exclusion from future events.
Terms and Conditions: I understand that these charges are based on my answers to the questions above. Should the actual space requirements or utility needs exceed those initially indicated, I understand that additional charges will be incurred. I further acknowledge that these charges are irrevocable and non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled event.
Vendors are responsible to bring their own setup supplies to include canopy tents, tables, electrical cords, hoses, hookup items, etc. and that Visit Nappanee is not responsible for losses, theft or damages at any of our events.
Vendor fees are non-refundable. In the rare event that your application isn't accepted, we will refund your fee.
