- If I experience any pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform the esthetician so that the products and/or technique may be adjusted to my level of comfort.
- I further understand that facial should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I understand that estheticians are not qualified to perform, diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness, and that nothing said in the course of the session given should be construed as such.
- I recognize that there is no guarantee that my desired results will be achieved and are dependent on age, skin condition, lifestyle and home care. I understand that home care is very important and it is necessary to follow to achieve results and keep myself safe. I also understand I may need extra treatments to reach my goals.
- I have to the best of my knowledge given an accurate account of my medical history including allergies, medication and current home care products. I agree to keep the esthetician updated as to any changes in my medical profile throughout sessions. Certain health factors may put me at risk in treatments. All given information is confidential.
- I understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by me will result in immediate termination of the session.

POLICIES
LATE
Clients 15 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee and may be asked to reschedule depending on the day.
CANCELATION
Clients who cancel or reschedule without a 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service booked.
NO SHOW
Clients who do not show up for the appointment without notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled appointment.
GUESTS
For safety and liability reasons I ask for no extra people in the treatment room. I want to give you my full attention and perform the best service I can. The services I provide are for you to relax.
CC AUTHORIZATION
Clients must have a current card upon booking that can be kept on file for any fees that may occur.
FORIEGN FILLS
Clients who have lash extensions on done by a different artist may be charged up to a full set depending on the state of the remaining lashes.
PATCH TEST
Certain services require patch tests that must be done at least 24 hour prior to treatment.
