When using Freedom Athletics, here’s how our party schedule typically works:

A host will have tables and chairs set up for the party room.
You’ll have a 30-minute window before the party starts to arrive and set up any tables, chairs, and decorations in the designated area. Guests will begin arriving at the party start time you selected.
Our team will join the party about 15–30 minutes after it begins and lead one full hour of exciting ninja activities throughout the gym.
After the activities, most parties transition into food, cake, presents, or free play time. You’ll also have around 30 minutes at the end for cleanup or any additional time you’d like to spend with guests.
In total, the party spans about 3 hours, with 1 hour of structured activities provided by our team.

Additional time can be added for an upcharge.
