PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING AND SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION. SIGNING THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR SPACE UNTIL ACCEPTED AND PAID IN FULL.
After we receive your application, we will view your application and get back with you. If we feel you will be a good fit as a vendor for our Boutique, we will notify you, and you will be required to pay within 24 hours to secure your space. Jewelry vendors are particularly chosen very carefully as we do not want duplicate jewelry vendors that make the same type of jewelry. We are very careful to not have two or more of the same type of vendors selling the same product. Although, jewelry, candles and beauty products are considered as long as they aren't the same. However, with that being said, there are other vendors that sell products they don't make or are affiliated with companies they sell for.
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled due to extreme weather out of our control. If the event is cancelled, we will reschedule a date. If that rescheduled date doesn't work for you, we will refund your money. IF you cancel after everything has been planned, ie: ads and marketing has been provided and placement of vendor spaces, there will be no refunds. This also applies to the day of the event. This makes for a very challenging situation especially the day of the event when all the planning of space placements have been made.
PRIOR VENDORS OF THIS EVENT GET FIRST CHOICE AND FRONT SPACES ARE ALWAYS SOLD OUT WITHIN A FEW DAYS TO A WEEK OF ANNOUNCING THE BOUTIQUE. IF YOU CHOSE A FRONT SPACE, KNOW THAT THERE MAY NOT BE ANY SPACES AVAILABLE AND YOU WILL BE CHOSEN FOR THE BACK SPACE OF THE EVENT. THERE ARE ONLY 17 FRONT SPACES AND ROUGHLY 20-25 BACK SPACES DEPENDING ON SPACE PLACEMENT.
Once you have been chosen to participate as a vendor and payment has been made, I will add you to the vendor Instagram group at @magnoliaboutiquepopup to keep everyone in the loop about any updates. If you do not have Instagram (Yes there are still some that don't have IG!), I will let you know by email or text you with any changes or new information. I will also create Instagram post flyers for you to promote online where-ever you wish. I will need 2 clear photos of your best products and your logo. If you do not have a logo, I have made logos and would be happy to make you a logo for a small fee of $30.
