  • This form should be used to submit meet bids for:

    Short Course 26/27
    Winter Regionals
    Feb 19 - 21, 2027
    Regional 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6
     
    Short Course State Meet Championships
     Single Age State Championship (Dec 12 – 13, 2026)
    10 & U State Meet Championship (Feb 27 - Feb 28, 2027)
    11 - 14 State Meet Championship (Mar 5 - 7, 2027)
    Senior State Meet Championship (Feb 26 - Feb 28 , 2027)

    11:59 PM, APRIL 11, 2026
    No exceptions will be made for late bids.

    You will receive a PDF copy of your meet bid. If you notice an error, please contact the Sanction Manager (meets@wisconsinswimming.org) as soon as possible to get a correction made.

    Championship Bids will be presented & voted on at the Annual HOD meeting on April 25, 2026

    Regular season meet bids submitted thru this form will be removed and considered as not received.

  • INSTRUCTIONS:  Please complete a separate form for each Championship Meet bid you would like to complete.

    The red tabs at the top of the form will allow you to quickly move back and forth thru the form. 

    If you need to stop in the middle of completing the form and leave the site, you can come back to where you left off by clicking the SAVE button. In the pop up, click SKIP Create Account at the very bottom to get the link to your partially completed form.  You will also get an email with a link.  SAVE does not submit anything to the LSC.

    1. Please be sure to indicate any additional SURCHARGES. This should include charges added to the individual entries (Admissions, Facility Fees, etc.)  DO NOT INCLUDE THE WI SWIMMING SPLASH FEE     
    2. Please include info for every question.  If unknown, please use N/A 
    3. A copy of the info in this form will be emailed to the Contact Email listed in the first section.  The email will be your record for bid submission.  If you find an error after the bid has been submitted, contact the LSC Staff to make a correction.

  • In submitting this bid application, I hereby certify the following:

    1.     I am authorized to act on behalf of the club named in this bid and all of the information I have provided within the entire meet bid is correct to the best of my knowledge. 

    2.     The proposed facility meets all the requirements of Article 103 of USA Swimming Rules and Regulations for the requested season.

    3.    A representative from the named club will be available at the House of Delegates meeting to answer any questions regarding this meet bid. 

    4.    The Host Club agrees to comply with and enforce all health and safety mandates and guidelines of USA Swimming, Wisconsin Swimming, the State of Wisconsin, and any local health department.
