2024 Ga TNT Adult Registration Form

Top Nazarene Talent at Trevecca Nazarene University will be April 4-April 7, 2024.

Transportation will be up to churches again this year. Please call me if you have questions or if you need ideas to fund transportation costs. I will also connect you with other churches if you need to rideshare.

Churches will meet to caravan to Nashville on Thursday, April 4. They will arrive home on Sunday, April 7.

Deposits - $50 per adult - should be mailed to the following address as ONE (1) church check made out to GA NYI: Courtney Ewing, 1000 Gracewood Dr. Dublin, GA 31021

Early Bird Registration will be strictly cut off on Wednesday, February 7 (checks may be postmarked on Thursday, Feb 8).

I apologize for the short notice for Early Bird this year, but it is because of the earlier date of TNT this year.

Late Registration will not be able to be accepted after Sunday, February 18.

Remaining Balances should be mailed as ONE (1) church check postmarked by Friday, March 22.

COST (Does not include transportation)

Early Bird Registration by 2/7: $290 will be your total cost ($50 deposit + $240 balance due by 3/22)

Regular Registration, 2/8-2/14: $310 total cost ($50 deposit + $260 balance due by 3/22)

Late Registration, 2/15-2/18: $330 total cost ($50 deposit + $280 balance due by 3/22)

Registrant Information

All adults must submit a background check that is fewer than 2 years old. If you are unsure if we have yours on file, or if you are unsure if yours on file is more than 2 years old, please contact Pastor Courtney Ewing at courtneydanae@outlook.com. I need background checks to be emailed or mailed by 3/22, so that I can have them on hand for the event. The earlier you can get them to me, the better!

Acknowledgement I have read the USA/Canada SE Field Conduct Guidelines and promise to live within these guidelines during TNT@TNU. I also promise to cooperate with District sponsors. I am aware that failure to do so will result in disciplinary action.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement I hereby assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve, and hold harmless TNT@TNU, Trevecca Nazarene University, or Ga District NYI and all its respective staff, lay assistants, and adult sponsors from any and all claims, suits, costs, and actions of any kind whatsoever, arising out of their exercise of power granted by this authorization, unless due to verifiable negligence while traveling to, participating in, or returning from TNT@TNU. In case of injury, I hereby waive all claims against Ga District NYI or Southeast Field NYI including all leaders and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities. I also recognize the authority of all adult sponsors and TNT@TNU staff as those who will supervise this event and uphold proper conduct.

Confirmation BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
