Hi all! Please read before filling out an application. The Mother's Day Edition of Crafts + Cocktails will be Sunday, May 5th 11AM-3PM at The Old Courthouse (Ethereal Event Space) on the Woodstock Square in Woodstock, IL. Set up will be between 9-11AM. There is an elevator at the back of the building with free parking lots in the rear. I will be allowing 17-22 makers/businesses in the main hall. 17 makers will have either a 6ft or 8ft table available to them. 3-5 makers will need to supply their own table or set up (choose this option if you have racks/shelving, etc.). Chairs are available as well. I'm not packing the room so you will have a large space to spread out (so the price is higher than normal as you will get a table and more space). I will be accepting vendors with specialty items for Mother's Day/Spring (animal moms and people moms, lol) The other businesses in the building will be in on the fun as well. I'm keeping the application open until I fill the spots, it is not a first come first serve show. Booth space will be $100. You will pay once you recieve an acceptance email. I will also send you an email if you make the waitlist. I will be advertising the show through several outlets, printed flyers, posters, Woodstock Independent, community event calendars and social editors outlets. YOU AS A VENDOR ARE EXPECTED TO SHARE THE EVENT AT LEAST WEEKLY. I do not charge our shoppers to attend.

New this year! You and other community businesses will have an additional opportunity to advertise your business by sponsoring some special treats for our guests. Below are the sponsorship options and prices. If you choose to sponsor you will get additional weekly shoutouts on social media/event page, at the show, business logo in the newspaper as an event sponsor, and your business cards/links attached or near the items. Note: The higher the monetary amount, the more publicity you get. You will need to supply me with your business cards and digital logo.
