Once you have jotted down some responses to each area, we will then email you a copy of what you've said so that you can easily share your checklist with colleagues, or potential developers, so you can get moving faster!

Project Management

These are some of the key areas you should think about in terms of actually managing the implementation of a new system.

It is important to really think about what it is that you need your new system to do. Here, we've given you space to think about three "Essential" and three "Desirable" requirements. This is just to get you started, and you should continue to build on these.
