BoomSound Live 24/7 SERVICE AGREEMENT for Artists at Nolane Visual & Creative Studios. (510 Simmons St. Durham, NC.)

This Agreement Authorizes BoomSound Factory to Syndicate Your Musical Works via BoomSound Live 24/7 Internet Radio Server Using Level 1-3 Marketing System.

Failure to be present during your scheduled interview will not result in any kind of refund. However, your interview will be moved to a more convenient date. The artist will be notified promptly.

The term of this Agreement (the "Term") will begin on the date of this Agreement and will remain in full force and effect until the completion of the Services, subject to earlier termination as provided in this Agreement. The Term may be extended with the written consent of the Parties.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
