  • Brewery Registration - Sacramento Brewers Showcase

  • Thank you for registering for the Sacramento Brewers Showcase on Saturday, May 4, 2024 from 2-6 PM at Heart Health Park (Cal Expo).

    By participating in this event, your brewery will receive:

    • 1 10X10 Booth Space with a 6' Table
    • 4 20 lb. bags of ice 
    • Up to 4 Vendor Passes 
    • 1 Complimentary Parking Pass 
    • Inclusion in website, social media, email, and press marketing efforts
    • Water, for rinsing  

    By participating in this event, your brewery agrees to provide: 

    • A minimum of 2 styles of beer, totaling at least 2 X 1/2 bbl kegs, donated to the Sacramento Area Brewers Guild (Tax ID: #82-4055355)
    • All necessary equipment (jockey box, tap handles, keg bucket, dump bucket, pitcher, etc.)
    • Tent 

    This inaugural festival is the signature event of Sacramento Beer Week 2024 (April 26 - May 5) and is organized by the Sacramento Area Brewers Guild (Tax ID: #82-4055355). If you have any questions, please email info@sacbeerweek.com.

  • The Guild will provide specific load-in times to vendors, to avoid congestion. Please select your requested load-in window.*
  • Do you plan to brew a "Rising Together" beer for Sacramento Beer Week?*
  • If "yes," which type of beer will you be brewing? We want to help you showcase it at the event!
  • Are you interested in offering a Pop-Up Pour? At your tent, at a pre-determined time, you pour a limited amount of a beer special to your brewery until it runs out. We'll promote this before and during the event!*
  • If you have an additional 10X10 tent (or a 10X20 tent), would you be interested in offering it as a shaded lounge/hangout space next to your pouring station for guests? You'll receive premium event placement and special mention.
  • Are you interested in additional Sacramento Beer Week or Brewers Showcase sponsorship opportunities?
