    Call for Session Proposals
  • Thank you for your interest in presenting at the EXchange 2024 Conference. You may submit a proposal prior to registering for the event, however, all presenters with accepted submissions must be registered attendees and attend the conference in-person. The deadline to submit is June 4, 2024. Submissions will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis until all slots are filled. All submitters will be notified by June 15, 2024 of the status of their proposal. 

    In theme with this year's conference title, "Designing the Future of Work: Strategies for EX Success," the EXchange welcomes proposals that highlight the following key areas:

    1. Obtaining Organizational Buy-In: Strategies for winning over stakeholders and securing their commitment to your employee experience initiatives. 
    2. EX Strategic Planning: The organization of employee experience strategies that align with your organization's vision and goals.
    3. Gathering and Transforming Data into Action Items: Techniques for collecting the most valuable insights that inform your EX initiatives and translating data into actionable steps, ensuring tangible improvements in the employee experience.
    4. Embedding EX Across an Enterprise: Identify approaches to incorporating and aligning EX methodologies across an enterprise. 
    5. Next Evolution of EX: Forcasts and analysis of the development and future applications of EX in the ever changing workplace. 

    To ensure you submit a complete and compelling proposal, please review the information below: 

    1. Presenters: All sessions will be 60 minutes and may be concurrent with other sessions. Sessions can be single presenter or up to 3 presenters. Collaboration between practitioners in different roles and different enterprises is encouraged to achieve a more dynamic point of view. 

    2. Session Title & Description: Session proposals must include a session title and brief description. Titles and descriptions can be adjusted and finalized at a later date and be no longer than 100 characters and 500 words respectively. Please note, sessions must incorporate an interactive component, such as, "turn to the neighbor next to you and answer these 3 questions," or " before we dive into our solution, let's spend 10 minutes brainstorming possible solutions together." 

    3. Primary Intended Audience: The primary audience for this conference are Employee Experience leaders and their teams who work mostly or exclusively on EX in their roles. 

    4. Maturity Level: You should identify whether your presentation is intended for EX teams that are Just Getting Started, Advanced or For All Maturity Levels. 

    5. Learning Objectives: Your proposal should include at least 1 and up to 3 learning objectives/key take aways for participants.

Please use discretion and follow your company guidelines regarding information sharing when submitting your proposal.
