If you are requesting a donation pick-up, please complete the address section below.
Some things to note about pick-ups:
- Fresh Start transport volunteers are gracious members of our community offering their time and muscle to support our mission as their availability allows. They are not trained, professional movers and that is not a service we provide, though it is one donors often need to reloate unwanted furniture items.
- All donations MUST be placed outside or in a garage. If mobility is an issue, please contact one of our trusted partners who can provide the professional moving services you need to retrieve items from inside your home.
- We receive a heavy volume of requests for pick-ups. Our current wait time is 4-6 weeks. If you have an urgent request, please contact one of our trusted partners who can provide faster service and will drop-off to us instead of taking it to the landfill.
- All home goods and housewares donations are ineligible for pick-up Please see our open donation hours to arrange drop-off of smaller items.
- We request a monetary donation of $25 or more for all pick-ups to defer the cost of transportation.
